Jika Properties (Pty) Ltd is a South African property fund which is engaged in renting quality affordable city accommodation to principally lower income earners. Our property portfolio is based mainly in Johannesburg, although we are on the lookout for attractive residential property investments countrywide.
We believe that the answer to meeting South Africa’s need for quality affordable accommodation must include the rejuvenation of our neglected inner cities. Jika Properties is at the forefront of this rejuvenation, acquiring and renovating existing residential accommodation as well as converting former office blocks to new residential accommodation. We believe that city living should provide a vibrant, safe and attractive option for people needing somewhere to live.

Jika Properties is managed by Journey Asset Managers (Pty) Ltd which is responsible for the acquisition, development and management of the properties owned by Jika Properties.
