JikaCity is the internet portal for Jika Properties (Pty) Ltd. JikaCity was established to provide tenants and prospective tenants with information on available flats, application forms, tenant rules and any other information we consider useful.
Finding somewhere to live can be a daunting experience. JikaCity aims to provide tenants with a one stop shop to find information on affordable residential properties. Typically our rents range from R750 for a room to R4,500 for a 3 bed apartment.
We focus exclusively on the Johannesburg area.We concentrate on areas where properties are affordable, including the Inner City, South (Turffontein, Rosettenville), East (Berea, Bellevue, Yeoville, Troyeville, Windsor and Randburg).
In addition to listing properties owned by our parent, Jika Properties, we also showcase other properties in the Johannesburg area that are available to rent. Our purpose is to make it as easy as possible for you to find the right place to live.
